We have moved a snowball three different times now since snow is rare here in Atlanta. The snowball was decreed a souvenir from "the best day ever" by our then three year old. She is now eleven and I am stuck with this goofy-looking snowball in the freezer.
I'm Kim. I'm a writer, humorist, cook, co-founder of Charcutepalooza, wife to David, an Australian, rock climbing entertainment producer, and mom to Lucy, 6 and Edie, 4. There's a lot going on in our kitchen. Occasionally someone gets hit in the head with a fork. And there's a lot of naked cooking.

Saute it in butter with a little salt and pepper.
My crisper seems pretty dull by comparison.
